At Ai Skin Clinic, we are committed to delivering a safe, structured, and high-quality experience for every client. Please review the following policy carefully before booking, as it outlines the first and most important step of our treatment process.

Mandatory Consultation:  First Step of Your Journey

All new clients are required to attend a mandatory consultation with one of our specialists prior to any treatment. This consultation is charged at £80.00 and must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.

The purpose of this consultation is to:

  • Carry out a full skin and medical assessment

  • Confirm treatment suitability and safety

  • Set realistic expectations and discuss outcomes

  • Create a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your individual needs

  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of care and service at every stage

For this reason, no treatments are booked or performed without a completed consultation. This structured process helps prevent misunderstandings, avoids inappropriate treatments, and ensures a smooth, stress-free experience for both client and clinic.

To secure your appointment, we require:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • WhatsApp contact number

  • Email address

A pre-payment link or business bank details will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS. Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed, and an automated confirmation will follow via WhatsApp, text or email. 

Please note: Appointment slots are held until close of business on the same day. If payment is not received by then, the slot will be released.


Booking Fees & Payment Terms

  • Full pre-payment is required for all appointments.

  • Payments can be made via debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or secure payment link.

  • Card details are not stored.

  • All booking fees are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. A £10 fee may apply for unattended appointments or short-notice changes.


Rescheduling & Credit

If you are unable to attend, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule at the next available slot.

If you choose not to proceed with a pre-paid treatment:

  • The amount paid will be held as credit for up to 6 months.

  • After this period, any unused credit will be forfeited.


Clinic Cancellations

In rare cases where we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be notified promptly.

  • We will offer a new date, time, or therapist.

  • Your payment will remain valid and transferable.


Appointment reminders are sent automatically via text and email as a courtesy once the booking is placed on to our booking system. However, it is your responsibility to attend on time.
