• VTCT (ITEC) Level 5 Certificate in Laser Tattoo Removal 

The VTCT (ITEC) Level 5 Certificate in Laser Tattoo Removal is an advanced therapy qualification aimed at Level 4 qualified practitioners aged 18 and over, who wish to add this therapy to their repertoire of treatment offerings.

Learners are required to hold a Level 4 Laser and IPL qualification to progress onto level 5 tattoo removal. Learners who hold a level 3 beauty therapy qualification or equivalent, will be able to access the Level 4 Laser and IPL qualifications as a natural progression route.

• VTCT Level 4 Education and Training 

The VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (QCF) will enable you to work in a teaching role and progress on to a broader teaching qualification. This qualification is suitable for trainee teachers, those experienced in a teaching role and those working as assessors who wish to gain a teaching qualification.

There are no formal prerequisite qualifications that you must have prior to undertaking this qualification. Your centre will have ensured that you have the required knowledge, understanding and skills to enrol and successfully achieve this qualification.

• VTCT Level 3 Assessing Vocational Achievement 

The VTCT (Skillsfirst) Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (RQF) is intended for those who assess both occupational competence in the work environment and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace, for example a workshop, classroom or other training environment.

This qualification does not require you to have any prior qualifications or levels of previous learning. This qualification is designed for learners aged 19 and above. This qualification does not form part of an Apprenticeship Framework, but could be a requirement for you to assess the competence of apprentices.

• VTCT Level 4 In Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment processes and Practice 

The Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) is intended for those who maintain the quality of assessment from within an organisation or assessment centre. It has been designed:

• For individuals who are currently practicing as internal quality assurers or a professional development qualification for managers, HR or quality assurance personnel
• For individuals who are carrying out quality assurance in most learning environments including FE, Adult Continuing Learning, Employers and Third Sector
• For individuals who are carrying out quality assurance in all occupational sectors
• For individuals working in accredited learning OR non accredited learning (where people may assess performance but do not assess for a qualification); the NQF and the RQF
• For individuals who have already achieved some Education & Training or Learning & Development units that can be carried forward into this qualification
• For individuals who have completed some introduction to training qualifications
