Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

A Private Cosmetic Clinic specialising in Advanced PRP treatments and a Private Professional Training Institute.

At Ai Skin Clinic, we operate differently from standard high-street clinics. We are a private, results-driven clinic focused on personalised, evidence-based treatments rather than generic protocols.

All clients must begin their journey with a mandatory consultation (£80). No treatments are booked or carried out without this consultation, as it allows us to assess suitability, set realistic expectations, and ensure every client receives the highest standard of care and service.

Our consultation process enables a comprehensive skin and health assessment, the creation of a bespoke treatment plan, and clear guidance on the most appropriate treatments. This structured approach helps to prevent misunderstandings, reduce complaints, and create a smooth, stress-free experience, ensuring clients feel informed, confident, and fully supported at every stage.

Following your consultation, you will receive tailored treatment recommendations and access to exclusive in-clinic member pricing, designed specifically for your individual skin, laser, or regenerative treatment needs.

This consultation is the gateway to our clinic and reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service, safety, transparency, and long-term results, so every client receives the best possible experience, every time.

By booking appointments or enrolling in our training programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided at our clinics and academies, including aesthetic treatments and accredited training courses.

1. Payment and Service Policy

By purchasing any treatment or package at AI Skin Clinic, all clients agree that payments are non-refundable. Appointments are pre-booked, time is allocated exclusively for each client, and associated costs are incurred by the clinic in advance.

In the event of a change in clinic location, services will continue to be provided at an alternative branch. This does not entitle the client to a refund, as all treatments will still be delivered as described and agreed upon at the time of purchase.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• All appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed with a pre payment in full for our mandatory consultations and treatments.

• Deposits for training courses and full payments received for our consultation and treatments are non-refundable.

• Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling.

3. Payments

• Full payment is due prior to the day of treatment or on the first day of your training course.

• We accept cash, payment via our SumUp pre- payment link, and bank transfers. Payment plans may be available on select training programs. 

• All course deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Training Courses

• Students must meet the entry criteria for each course.

• Certificates will be issued only upon full completion of the course, including all required assessments and case studies.

• All training content is the intellectual property of Ai Skin Clinic / BF Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

5. Treatment Suitability

• All clients are required to complete a consultation and medical questionnaire prior to treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

• Treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Health & Safety

• All clients and students must adhere to the clinic/academy’s health and safety policies at all times.

• Any allergies, illnesses, or medications must be disclosed prior to treatment or course participation.

7. Refund Policy

• No refunds are given for treatments or training once commenced or completed.

• If you are unhappy with any service, please speak to us directly. Where appropriate, a credit or goodwill gesture may be offered at management’s discretion.

8. Liability

• Ai Skin Clinic & BF Academy accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

• Clients are expected to follow all pre- and post-treatment advice given. Failure to do so may impact your results.

9. Privacy

• Your personal details are kept secure and confidential in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

• We do not share your information with any third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make updates or changes to these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and in the clinic.

11. Package Expiry Policy

Packages purchased for treatments (PRP injections, Laser Hair Removal, Picosecond Laser, skin treatments) must be used within the timeframes below:

• Validity begins from the date of purchase.

• After this period, any unused sessions will expire.

• No credit will be held for expired sessions, and they cannot be carried over or refunded.

• To continue treatments after expiry, a new package must be purchased.

• Extensions are only granted in exceptional cases with prior written approval.

12. Chargeback Protection Policy

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges that all services at AI Skin Clinic are delivered professionally and in good faith. Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through their card provider without first contacting the clinic to discuss and attempt to resolve any concerns directly.
