Installment Payment Policy

Installment Payment Agreement

At Ai Skin Clinic, we understand that some treatment packages represent a significant investment. To make our treatments more accessible, we may offer an installment payment plan at the discretion of the clinic.

An installment plan is a financial agreement between the client and Ai Skin Clinic. By agreeing to an installment plan, you are committing to make each payment on the agreed date until the balance has been paid in full.

Monthly Payments

All instalment payments must be made every month on the agreed date discussed and confirmed with your consultant or a member of our team.

Failure to maintain agreed monthly payments may result in your treatment plan being void.

Treatment Commencement

As a general policy, treatment will only commence once the full balance of the agreed package has been paid.

This protects both the client and the clinic and ensures that the agreed treatment costs have been fully covered before services are provided.

Limited Exceptions

In certain circumstances, and entirely at the clinic's discretion, we may allow treatment to begin before the package has been paid in full.

Where this exception is made, the total amount paid by the client must be equal to or greater than the normal menu price of the individual treatment being performed.

For example:

• Standard Microneedling Session: £150

If a client is paying by installments, treatment cannot be carried out until payments received equal at least £150. Any remaining package balance must continue to be paid as agreed.

Approval for early treatment is not guaranteed and is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Missed or Cancelled Installments

If a client chooses to stop making their agreed installment payments before the package has been paid in full:

• The discounted package pricing will immediately become void.

• Any future request to continue treatment will be charged using the clinic's current pricing and promotions available at that time.

• The original promotional package price cannot be reinstated.

• The clinic reserves the right to refuse continuation of treatment until a new payment arrangement has been agreed.

No Refund Policy

All payments made towards treatment packages are non-refundable in accordance with our clinic policy.

If you decide not to proceed with treatment after entering into an installment agreement, any payments already made will remain as a credit on your clinic account for future treatment, subject to clinic policies and expiry periods where applicable.

Client Agreement

By entering into an installment payment arrangement with Ai Skin Clinic, you acknowledge that:

• You understand your monthly payment obligations.

• You agree to complete all agreed installments.

• You understand that discounted package pricing is conditional upon completing the agreed payment plan.

• You understand that stopping or cancelling your payment plan may result in the loss of the promotional package price.

• You accept that treatments may be delayed until sufficient payments have been received or the package has been paid in full.
